As a result of the Notice, businesses are taxed on their PPP loans – which was not the intent of Congress when the program was created.   Fill out the form to the right to download a letter you can send to your Congressmen telling them how important this is to you as a business owner. Copy and paste the text onto your letterhead and send it to them as soon as possible.
